VJB Management & Construction is a woman-owned business based out of southwestern Pennsylvania.  Our company specializes in AeroBarrier Envelope sealing technology which addresses energy efficiency requirements and goals in new and existing construction.  We focus on quality, communication, and professionalism to ensure our clients succeed in meeting their project goals.  Our commitment to our clients is to ensure that we meet or exceed their expectations.

Jenny is an Owner and the President of VJB Management and Construction.  She has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.  Following college with a bachelors degree in Biology and after obtaining her doctorate, she returned to the industry and realized the need within construction to meet energy requirements.  When she’s not working, she enjoys riding horses, golfing, skiing, mountain biking and generally enjoying the mountain region.

Andrew is an Owner of VJB Management and Construction and was born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania.  He graduated from West Virginia University with Bachelors Degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering.  He started in the construction industry in 2000 and is familiar with several trades within the industry.  Andrew wears many hats within the company, from working as a technician, to overseeing seals, among other tasks.  Outside of seals, he likes to be either on the golf course or in the mountains on the snow, trails, or on the water.
